Just a friendly reminder to be sure to clear proposed service projects with the Scoutmaster, prior to submitting for rank advancement.

For Scout through First Class:

Hello Troop 301, this is Albert Calamug.

Please come help me at my Eagle Scout project on Saturday, March 28, at Ben Brenman Park from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

By October 1, 2018, all new and currently registered leaders will be required to complete the updated Youth Protrection Training (YPT). The enhanced and updated content will allow leaders and councils to comply with all current legal requirements. While this may be inconvenient for some, it reflects the BSA’s commitment to the safety of all youth.

Troop 301 Scouts and Families:

This Monday, the Troop will be hold its Court of Honor and Family Picnic at Fort Hunt Park, Pavilion A beginning at 6pm.

Patrol Leaders should be surveying members of their patrols as to what types of activities that would like to participate in during the coming year. Scouts, please be sure to share with your patrol leaders, the senior patrol leader, and/or the scoutmaster any ideas you have.
